SUHORA has signed MoU with Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai

SUHORA team signing MoU with TCE, Madurai, in the presence of Dr. M. Palaninatharaja, Dr. G. K. Raajesh, Dr. S. Chandran, Dr. R. A. AlaguRaja, and Mr. Sebin Sunny.

Suhora will establish a Centre of Excellence at TCE, Madurai.

Suhora recently signed an MoU with Thiagarajar College of Engineering, Madurai. The objective of this MoU is to strengthen the industry academia ties by providing students, industry standard skillsets and exposing them to real world problems.

Thiagarajar College of Engineering (TCE) is a government-aided institution located in Thiruparankundram, Madurai. TCE aims at creating quality professionals to meet the emerging industrial and social needs through innovative teaching, applied research and industrial interaction. TCE is one of the highly recognized Engineering and Technology Institutions in India by MHRD.

The aim of this MoU is to provide students with relevant skills and expose them to diverse projects that aligns with Indian space programme and GeoAi domain.

Some of the major highlights of this MoU are:

  1. Industrial Training: Suhora’s team of experts will deliver specially curated courses that will empower students with the recent advancements in the geospatial domain.
  2. Project Collaboration: As part of this MoU, TCE and SUHORA will collaborate on various research programs and projects that will help students acquire experience and establish the groundwork to become pioneers in space technology.
  3. Internships: SUHORA is committed to offer internships to the students of TCE, this will help students gain insights into work culture and the multifaceted approach of growing Indian space tech companies towards the development and advancement of the Indian space sector.

This initiative by SUHORA starting with TCE is also a step towards creating STEM professionals who will contribute to the growing Indian Geospatial Economy and accomplish the Indian Space dream. This also aligns with the Vision 30 of Indian Government that aims to create India a technology driven, high growth, equitable and transparent society and will pave the way towards Viksit Bharat 47.
